Subject:Antique Cloisonne Vase - Looking for info.

This antique cloisonne vase stands 12" tall - the base and top edge are brass - the inside is turquoise enamel. I have been searching the internet for weeks and can not find anything even remotely similar. Any help in indentifying this item (age, value, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The vase is Japanese, circa 1900 or slightly later, in a decorative style that was made for export to America and Europe.
