Subject:some kind of miniature vase i think

I'm not even sure what this is called. It is about 5 1/2 inches tall. It is made out of somekind of metal. It has a mark on the bottom that looks like it's made out of little dots. I think it says india and then 214.7 but i'm not sure. I would just like any info you may have on it.

Yes is typical mass-made item from India. See such in many type tourist and ''gift' shops. Made for many years. Older not mean have more value.
