Subject:chinese artist wylog fong

We inherited two (it would appear) watercolor pictures titled "Chinese Boy" and "Chinese Girl."
The labels on the back say, "Framed Specially for
RH Macy & Co. New York." Since this relatives' parents came over from Germany around 1901 it is possible they purchased the art before traveling to Ohio. Does anyone know about Wylog Fong? Susan
