Subject:Seeking information on stone carving

Hi! I am looking for information on the stone carving attached. The photograph was taken in China (perhaps in a suburb of Shanghai). I am trying to find information on exact location of carving, name of artist, name of piece, time period created. I don't know if it's modern or historical. Any information gratefully received.
