Subject:Oriental wood carved fish

i would love somme help in identifying the materials and age of these items there is a signature to the base, does anyone recognise or can translate it please?

Cannot identify materials from photo, whether molded plastic, stained wood?

Look made for 'decorator' item, koi hang on wall. Might see in restaurant, but you not say sizes.

Guess no more 30-year old.
