Subject:artist identification
Posted By: Ranae Thu, Aug 06, 2009 IP: 69.145.33.37 My friend has several old oriental wall hangings (scroll type) that appear to be hand painted. They are signed by the artist, either in Japanese or Chinese? How can we find someone who can tell us who the artist is and what these might be worth? I would be happy to scan pictures of these paintings if anyone could help identify them, or refer me to someone who can. Thanks in advance!
