Subject:Temple Dogs from Saigon

My mother-in-law recently gave us 2 large (approx 2 and a half feet)Temple Dogs that she brought back from Vietnam around 1970. They were reportedly the last two fired by a company in Saigon before it closed its doors. How do we even begin to not only have their value appraised but to learn more about their history, as well? We also have several framed Temple Rubbings from that same era. Thanks for any expertise you can lend!
