Subject:Painting from Persia?

Hi everybody!
Here is another watercolour on fabric, size approx. 50 x 38 cm.
I would like to know, where does it come from? Persia?
Does it show a special - historical - situation?
Any other information available?

Look like very recent try to copy older painting. This artist not understand the platform structure, see how posts placed not holding up canopy. Also artist not understand servant and fly-whisk, arm disconect from person.

Color palette not right for old.

I think either make-fast for tourist or student practice.

Has some humor, something to study and compare.
