Subject:What are they ??Makers Marks?

These birds are made of what seems to be hard clay,the glaze is like majolica,they have makers marks,and are very detailed.Can anyone identify the makers marks,and what they are?????

The round mark isn't clear to me, but the square one appears to read (in Chinese) from the top right downward, "Bo Yun ZhiPin", which translates literally as "Spreading Clouds Product". While I'm translating from the Chinese standpoint, this pair could be made in Japan.
