can anyone help with the history or artist of this original painting of birds on a 6' x 3' piece

Hi,kevin harlan, I'm not an expert on silk art, so I checked the title of the piece on the internet, but found nothing. I only know that the picture of silk copies some Chinese scroll paintings. So I guess it's not made by a famous artist, but some folk craft man or woman. Anyway, its value will not be decreased by its maker.
