Subject:Hasui Kawase Woodblock Markings

Hello all!
I have a woodblock by Hasui Kawase called 'Rain At Temple, Sanuri Province'.
There is a note on the back stating it was acquired in 1973.
I would appreciate a translation of the writing.
The characters are on the left margin, the small round symbol is on the lower right.
This is a beautiful work, and I'd sure like to know what the writing says (or any other information you may want to share)!
