I don�t know if this is at print on silk or painted?
I hope somebody can identify the signature.
There is also a label with information, unfortunately I can�t read any Asian.
Thankfull for any help.

Martin, the signature on the picture reads 'Gyokusen' (Lit. Jade Spring), which appears to be a personal as well as geographic name in Japan. It appears that the subject matter is a Japanese maiden holding a badminton shuttlecock with a battledore or racquet at her side. Playing the game is an annual tradition for young girls in Japan, I believe. Perhaps Wikipedia and Google can help you find further details on the tradition and the artist.
