Subject:Asian Bird Print

Hello....I am hoping to get some/ANY information on this print. It is quite old coming out of a very old frame. It is in great condition. At first I was thinking it was a hand painted lithograph or something but as I looked closer I do think it is a reproduction...although I am not sure!
Thanks for any info you can give or where i may go to find out!

It is a Japanese woodblock print, designed by Ohara Koson, titled "Snipe in Rain", published by Daikokuya, probably pre-1930. The signature and seal on yours is different from the example given in the book "Crows, Cranes, and Camellias: The Natural World of Ohara Koson" where this print is cataloged as K24.10.
