Subject:Asian snuff bottle bone or ivory

I am trying to find any information I can about this piece. Is it bone or ivory? What does it say it say on the bottom? It does have a spoon attached to the top. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is not my field, but it looks like man-made material and artificial colour, made for the tourist market.

I agree,had one in green a few years ago,I think it's a type of resin,Keith.
