I have a presumed watercolor titled "Paradise
Primitive"- artist: Monti; distributed by Eastern Art Products-Chicago. The label states: Genuine Hand Painted Design and Color Harmony Approved; # 7977. This painting predates 1957 and was purchased from the Hoover (vacuum cleaner fame) estate in Miami Beach in the late 1950's. Any information on this artist and/or painting? Thank you

Name 'Monti' probably not artist name but Eastern Art Products pseudonym for source of very large group fast-made paintings by people paid nearly nothing for products.

Value is how much like as decoration.
