Any thoughts as to the maker and age? It stands 12" tall. The mark on the bottom is posted on the link.

Hi Joe,

This appears to be a vintage image of Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy, who for Buddhists is an avatar of the Boddhisattva (Mortal Buddha) Avalokiteshvara.

Your link to the mark seems to have gone astray.
