Subject:Chan or R Ming artists?

Hi,
I was helping clean out someone's grandmother's apt after she had passed. The grandson told me to take some paintings and other items if I would like. I discovered when I got home that two of the paintings had certificates of authenticity from Royal Arts Limited. One an original oil by Chan titled "Oriental Spring" and the other an original oil by Ming titled "Lonely Cove". Does anyone know anything about these paintings or if any monetary value?
