Anyone know what this signature says? I looked through all the markings at Gotheborg's and can find it

I found out it's a Chinese vase not Japanese. But would still like to know when it was done and who did.

I figured out it is of the Tongzhi period 1862-1874. Now when it was ACTUALLY made I do not know.

The characters supposed to say da Qing Tong zhi nien zhi (great Qing [dynasty] Tongzhi reign made). The Tongzhi emperor ruled 1862-1874.

The characters for 'Tongzhi' are not drawn quite right, could be made quite recently Japan.

"Ta Qing Tongzhi Nien Zhi" but the vase is a modern decorative item and not antique.

I think you're right with a Japanese origin but the mark is in fact a Chinese reignmark. It says: Da Qing Tongzhi nian zhi.
