Subject:What is this type of artwork called?

These drawings seem to have a particular un-finished state to them as opposed to other drawings that have everything fully outlined after they are done, and especially the coloring is has a different sort of feeling to it. Kind of surreal/dreamy.

Called modern commercial book illustrations. No particular style.
