Subject:Chinese or Japanese oil lamp???

This appears to be an oil lamp. I'm wondering if this is Chinese or Japanese, and of what period.

Hi Tim,

This one seems to be made as a lamp. It's a (for me) strange combination of what looks like a prunus/cracked ice decoration with a brown border. Both futures (the first one as Kangxi revival started a bit earlier in 19th. ct.) from Guangxu period. So my guess.... Chinese, Guangxu for this one.
