Any information would be appreciated. I lost information given to me a year ago. Looking for value as well for insurance purposes. It is signed in the right corner and has pencil writing in the border of the left side going down

This print is called "Full Moon at Akashi Beach".
It was done by Tsuchiya Koitsu (not to be confused with a contemporary Ishiwata Koitsu) and dates to 1934. The publisher is Watanabe Shozaburo.

This looks like a later printing, so value is probably in the $100. to $200. range.
