Subject:Need help with carved hornbill ivory
Posted By: Caroline Fri, Mar 26, 2010 IP: 66.226.201.34 If a piece of carved hornbill, circa 1900, is already in the United States, can it be exported? If so, how? |

Posted By: Michael Queen Sun, Apr 25, 2010 More things than just elephant may raise bells and whistles with customs, etc. and various birds are included. If there is any question, ALWAYS ASK FIRST of the appropriate offices and don't trust casual recollections. They may be made in good faith but not always take into account changes in regs, inforcement, etc.. |
