Hello,

The stamp says "Zhonghua Taoci".
Zhonghua Taoci Gongsi was a 20th century porcelain manufacturer located in Taiwan.
It has been defunct for at least twenty or thirty years. Its heyday was probably in the sixties and it hasn't been in existence for very long.

I don't think it has any higher value than other vintage items that some locals collect.

Usually, 20th century ceramics have only a high value if they are from a famous potter or artist. In this case it was hand-painted, but in a factory.
