Subject:Any ideas about this cigarette holder?

Hi - you all have been so helpful on my other questions, I thought I would try one more. This is a cigarette holder. At first I thought it was plastic, but it looks carved not molded. Can you give me any more information about it? Thanks so much,

i think its a opium pipe, chinese don't smoke
tobacco. but if u want to test it if works.
thats my occupation.
