Subject:translate characters, seal on Chinese horizontal scroll

The images on this Chinese horizontal scroll have been identified as the Taoist immortals, though not all are depicted. The seal appears with each subject; the characters appear at the very end of the scroll following the duck. This is a list of subjects in order of appearance:
Immortal on ox
Heron
Tiger
Immortals
Flowers
Monkey
Immortal
tree
squirrel
duck
We are hoping for a date and any other information that might be gleaned from the seal and characters.
