Subject:Tray/Charger Identification

Hello,
I bought this tray about 2 years ago. It has three unidentifiable hallmarks that I have not been able to identify. I have contacted several experts and they have been unable to identify the tray and the hallmarks. The last person that I talked to told me that maybe an Asian specialist or expert might be able to help me so I am posting this message in hopes of receiving some information.
