Just purchased this painting and was trying to see if I could identify the artist and translate the description. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! Chris

claims to be painted in a year corresponding to 1968 or any year prior in 60 year cycles (1908, 1848 etc), but looks almost new. the seals are imitating imperial seals, the inscription gives a title (call of birds in the shade of hills), the year, and a painters name i don't recognize.
