Subject:Wood Block origin?

I need information about the wood block(?) print I've inherited. It's very different than anything I've found online to compare it to. Anything that you might know will certainly be of help & appreciated greatly. Obviously I cannot read who the artist was/is etc., I hope someone here recognizes this.

Your images would not post because of # character in name. Rename, make much larger (minimum 550 pixels wide) and post again. Is free image-editing software on internett, or perhaps in your printer's software.
