Posted By: Bill H Mon, Sep 06, 2010 Rather than part of a signature, rhe red mark may be meant to act like a copyright mark. Although it is not necessarily Chinese, it has a Mandarin pronunciation of 'ji' (to record; to remember; a sign; a mark). The black symbol above it is less reader-friendly to me. |
