i have large container 30 cms/H that is found by local fisherman in Tuban east java. have any idea for this container?

It has a shape that resembles a mortar found in apothecaries for grinding medicinals and in kitchens for mixing spices and other ingredients. I have no inkling as to where this one might have been made.
