Subject:ge censer????

i bought this censer several years ago out of a antique shop, the owner said came out of a local estate. i have done some research on it to know it is a ge or ge type object. does anybody have anything to add. is it worth the expense of a t.l. test. would that "ruin" it? guesses about its age? i was getting lots of views on the main forum but no comments. here is the link to some photos:
