Subject:Chinese Blue & White Jar Identification
Posted By: Maree Kydd Tue, Nov 30, 2010 IP: 121.219.124.226 I acquired this blue & white jar at an auction. It was listed as "early", which means they had no idea as to its age. Is anyone able to help with age & origin? While it was listed as being Chinese, the characters on the bottom don't look particularly Chinese to my untrained eye. It's decorated with a four clawed dragon.
