Subject:Chinese Cong Vase ?

Just got this vase that the antique store specialist insisted was a pottery reproduction Southwestern Native American Vase and sold this vase for $6.00 which I thought was a fair price for such a fine piece of Native American History without any chips. Back in the 1970's I had seen many of this style vases in San Frans gift shops but they were in the celadon blue color. They called them Cong vases? First; the vase is not pottery but a glazed heavy porcelain, but not celadon blue like I remember. Did Hong Kong make brown ones too or is this a navajo indian vase?
