Subject:porcelain dragon jar

please help me to estimate it.
It is about 20cm high.

1895, mid winter. The two characters at the top of the inscription indicate Imperial Appointment, but a clearer picture of the inscription panel would allow a full translation.

I can't make out all of the characters in the inscription but there's a cyclical year of Guangxu Yihai (1875) at the top of the column at the right side. This would be the first year of the reign. The style of the dragons and other elements of the wucai artwork is plausible for that period. I would speculate that the piece may be a censer.
