Likely a modern reproduction. Mark appears to read Qianlong Nianzhi or Qialong Period Make, but not of the period.

This appears to be a late 20th century or subsequent Chinese decorative vase with transfer-printed motif and apocryphal mark of the Qianlong emperor. This kind of decoration didn't begin on a commercial scale in China until the early 20th century.
