I can't seem to find any way to reference these red seal marks found on inside painted bottles.

Just curious if anyone knows of an online, or book resource that talks about these.

I have found a small bit of reference within Bob Stevens "Collector Book of Snuff Bottles", but that is it so far.

Any help would be appreciated ..

I can't help much. Lilla S. Perry has a half dozen pages about the half dozen famous artists of inside painted snuff bottles in her book "Chinese Snuff Bottles, The Adventures & Studies of a Collector." She shows how to recognize their signatures. She doesn't cover the seals.

There is a lot of modern crap out there. Watch what you buy.

Thank you Stan, and yes.. I try to be extra carefull !

Stan is right. Great many pseudo-reproductions bearing false signatures of few famous artists made 1980s-later.

Inside-painted glass snuff bottles not the most prized by snuff bottle collectors, even though they are very common on market. So may be years before anyone does comprehensive study, if at all, since there are not large numbers 'genuine' specimens in easy collections to find such as museums.
