I have so much to learn !

Am I reading this correctly that it is Kangxi 1662-1722 ? Maybe middle or late period ?

Oh, yes, it is a very poorly written mark saying made in Kangxi reign.

But would say was written no more than 80-year ago (200-year after death of emperor).

If you want better idea of when pot made, pictures help.

can you post a picture of the actual item as well. These marks are heavily re-used on more modern pieces as well.

Hello, this is an apocryphal Kang Xi mark. Probably made in the 20th century.
