Subject:History of Vase

This vase has been in the family for a long time. Does anyone have any information on this piece?

The picture of the decoration doesn't impart much in the way of informative detail, but from what I can see, the vase is lacking in the areas of traditional design and palette. Also, the foot is a mess. I'd venture a guess that the piece was made after 1950 with deliberate care to avoid offending anyone by including overtly metaphysical iconography.
