large watercolor signed with the word DeLoray. On the back it has "eastern arts of Chiago." Does anyone have information on this artist? thank you!

There are several threads in the message board and forum about this distributor of inexpensive framed prints/paintings.

Thanks. Unfortunately these threads don't reveal any info in either Eastern Art or DeLoray. It's pretty interesting that in this day and age, there is nothing on the Internet except a few threads from people asking the same questions I am asking.

Since the items sold by this company were under pseudonyms, with sketchy 'oriental' themes but not necessarily by Asian painters, and since the paper and artistic qualities not particularly good, is not much demand for surviving examples. So not much reason for anyone try to study the company.
