This is actually a woodblock print by Japanese artist Ohara Koson (who also used the names Shoson, and Hoson). He was famous for making "Kacho-e" - Bird and flower prints...

This is a woodblock print designed by Ohara Koson. All of the original paintings that I've ever heard of by this artist were done on silk cloth, not paper.

In the catalog raisonne, "Crows, Cranes and Camellias: The Natural World of Ohara Koson", this print is cataloged as K11.17, with the title given as "White-fronted goose flying in front of a full moon, reeds below".
