Subject:Help needed to translate chinese calligraphy

Hello
I am looking for somebody who would kindly help me to translate a text written in Chinese and inscribed on a scroll, perhaps old.
The text is divided into several panels, plus there is also another panel with a painting representing dragons (so my guess is that the text probably refers to dragons).
Here are 3 images of this scroll:
1/ nine characters
2/ a biggest panel of characters
3/ and some others written down on the right edge of the dragons's painting
