Does anyone have an idea of the value of these? I know they aren't ivory, probably resin.

Molded resin made last 75 years value probably about 1 USD per 5 kilograms weight.

No rarity, no artistic value because not individual make (cast resin can be made in thousands). Original unique piece from which molds made, might have some value. Your pictures not show enough detail to see if original might have had artistic value -- but this would not accrue to the many copies in plastic.
