Posted By: Cal Sun, Aug 28, 2011 Since design is transfer-printed (note poor transfer all around rim, horizontal lines in rock due to slight creasing or shifting while paper pressed on plate) I think 20th century. Have also seen same sort of speckling of glaze and paste in some late 20th century items.
