Subject:Pei Guang Hui Imitating Wang Meng's Ge Zhi Chuan Moving His Residence

Dear all,

Acording to media reports, an ink and wash painting by Yuan Dynasty painter Wang Meng (1301 - 1385) set an auction record at 402.5 million yuan (about US$62 million) on June 4, 2011.

My friend Mr. Pei Guang Hui, a scholarly painter and connoisseur of chinese cultural relics, pass on the authenticity of this painting and write a thesis of 20,000 words. The results of these ten comparative studies have cast doubt on the authenticity of this painting.

Recently Mr. Pei Guang Hui has Imitated Wang Meng's Ge Zhi Chuan Moving His Residence.

We are interested in hearing your opinions.

Best Regards,

very nice. Perhaps you should post photos of the original Wang Meng that Mr. Pei is copying so that viewers can compare the details side by side.
