Subject:Porcelain Square Platter

Can anyone identify this dish or platter ?
It is about 20" X 20", some areas are raised and
it seems that there is enamel applied to other
areas. Also the value would be appreciated.

Hi Kurt,

Your platter is from Japan and is Kutani porcelain. The mark reads "Kutani sei". My guess for a dating: (around) Taisho period.
