Subject:Chinese Lacquer Works

Hello Friends of Chinese Art,

since many years I am possessing these two lacquer works. I would be very pleased if someone could identify this Chinese emperor with claws at his feet and hands(measure:92x60). Do they have a meaning? And can anyone decipher the signature? Many thanks for your kind help in advance!
