Subject:date nippon characters/ mark

Hello, Can anyone date these Nippon characters/ mark? They are on the bottom of a blue and white translucent porcelain creamer and sugar. Thank you. David.

this simply reads "nippon"="Japan"

That is a Nippon mark; but Nippon just means Japan and there is not a Kiln mark or artist mark. Hard to date the item with just Japan as origin mark.
