Subject:Small Crackled blue-green plate

Ok, here's another eBay acquisition. It's a little over five inches diameter. It's light and delicate. Bluish/greenish colored with gold crackle/threading.

I was thinking it might be a lid too. So is this perhaps 13th century? Does this qualify as Longquan guan-type?
