Subject:Ink/wash painting, artist identity?

I hope someone can decipher the signature of this artist. I believe it is what is called ink and wash however, my knowledge is very limited with regards to asian art. It is done on some type of cloth (rice paper?) and measures approx. 18x12. The white border is just the paper it was taped to when it was framed. I know I picked it up at a yard sale of some sort and found it recently in my storage. Any help would be appreciated.
