Subject:Old Painting

Could somebody help identify this painting please. The frame has been painted (I can see black underneath the paint) although it looks like the original frame with rounded dovetail corners. The hanging hinge looks identical to an earlier post http://www.asianart.com/phpforum/subforum.php?method=detailAll&Id=57114&sfid=4
It has a signature and 2 stamps.
Any help dating and translating the writing and stamps would be greatly appreciated.
